Turn any small Android screen or tablet into a room sign. How to add the Meeting room status widget
- 1Open a screen or layout in the console and click Add.
- 2Choose Meeting room status from the widget list and drag it onto the canvas.
- 3Fill in the settings in the inspector, pick a design and press Publish — the screen updates within a second.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get the ICS link?
Google Calendar: settings → integrate → secret address in iCal format. Microsoft 365: calendar → shared calendars → publish. Paste that link in the panel.
Can people book from the screen?
Not yet: the sign is read-only. Booking stays in the calendar app, and the screen updates within a minute.
