Visits disappear automatically after their slot; choose a board, cards or a big welcome design.

How to add the Visitor welcome board widget
- 1Open a screen or layout in the console and click Add.
- 2Choose Visitor welcome board from the widget list and drag it onto the canvas.
- 3Fill in the settings in the inspector, pick a design and press Publish — the screen updates within a second.
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect a Google Sheet?
File → share → publish to web → CSV, then paste that link in the panel. Use column headers name, company, time, host, room and optionally date.
Can I schedule visitors for other days?
Yes: add a date column (YYYY-MM-DD). Rows without a date show today.
